Bookings can be made over the phone or using our online booking facility. We will require full payment at time of treatment.
For your first treatment, a detailed consultation is taken. This helps to define as fully as possible a treatment plan that is perfect for you. Please allow 15 minutes extra for this first appointment. Also it is very much appreciated if you can arrive five minutes before your treatment time. This is your time and experience and having a few minutes to ‘arrive’ before we start the session will help you get the most from the experience.
Clients are advised not to smoke, eat or drink anything apart from water for 30 minutes before coming for their appointment.
All information is taken in strictest confidence.
We appreciate at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the full price of the chosen treatment.
If you are pregnant, have a known allergy or suffer from a medical condition such as diabetes, epilepsy, or have had cancer within the last 5 years, please consult your doctor. Following this advice, please notify us of any condition of which we should be aware upon booking. We reserve the right to ask that you sign a disclaimer before providing a treatment.
Currently there are no lifts in the premises. We can make alternative arrangements to come to you if stairs are not manageable.
We regret that we do not offer treatments to those under the age of 18 without parental consent. We ask that a parent of guardian accompany those under the age of 18 to the appointment. Proof of age will be required.
No responsibility can be taken by Subtle Aromatics for the safety of valuables or money. Subtle Aromatics will not be liable for damage, injury or loss caused to our clients or their belongings.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date which is displayed on the gift voucher. There are no refunds on gift vouchers. Treatments that are booked over the phone will require the gift voucher number upon booking. You will need to present your gift voucher upon arrival for your treatment. Gift vouchers will be taken upon payment whilst in the premises.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Clients are not allowed to bring pets into the premises. Please advise us if you have a guide dog so preparations can be made.
Out of respect for our clients’ privacy, photography and the use of mobile phones are not permitted.
Complementary therapies are a wonderful support to orthodox medical treatment. The treatments are not intended as a replacement for orthodox medical treatment and any observations made are on an energetic basis only. Any treatment plans devised are within the bounds of complementary therapies.
